American Girl Fashion Show Open Casting Call!

Hey!

Today was the open casting call for the American Girl Fashion Show in Florida. Delanie and I attended the American Girl Fashion Show here in Florida last year. You can read my post about that here. 

We went to Bradenton, Florida to attend the open casting call for the American Girl Fashion Show in Florida. What they did was measure our height and waist and took a photo of us. We also filled out and turned in an application.

If you live here in Florida, you might want to take part in the American Girl Fashion Show! You can fill out an online application or there will be another open casting call, although they have not announced the date yet.

This is my niece Natalie. She is old enough this year to be in the fashion show as a Bitty Twin model so she went along with us to the open casting call. She is super excited and hoping she gets chosen! They gave all the younger kids one of the paper doll fashion show kits. 

If you live in Florida, you should consider attending! If you do, please let me know! We could possibly email each other with a picture of ourselves and what time show (because we may not end up in the same show time) and possibly meet each other! That would be fun!

American Girl Fashion Show- Update!

Hey guys! Sorry for not posting in awhile. I have been trying to catch-up in my school and haven't taken time to post. Well, last Saturday, we went to the AG Fashion Show fittings to try our costume on. The lady who runs it had chose ahead of time who would be modeling as who or modeling what outfit. We went to the fittings. I will be modeling as Kaya and will actually be wearing Kaya's Meet Outfit that the doll wears. The outfit isn't available in the stores so it is special for the fashion show. I will be wearing the outfit, my hair will be in pigtail braids with shells at the end, and I will be modeling with no shoes. I also get to hold the Kaya doll. My sister will be modeling the new special edition girl Kaya outfit called the High-Low Hem dress (you can see it here). It is really cute! She will wear that with blue sandals and she gets to wear her hair however she wants. I think she gets to hold a Kaya doll too. We don't get to keep the dolls though. Oh, and guess what! I will be the first person walking out. On Friday, the day before, will be the rehearsal. That day we are having a girls day out and staying at a hotel. I am so excited! Then Saturday will be the show. The show will be in 2 weeks. I am really excited. This is our first time modeling. Well, I just wanted to give you guys the update! My mom will be taking lots of pictures of us and I will definitely be sharing them with you all. Can't wait!

American Girl Fashion Show in Florida!

Hello friends on the web! I have exciting news. Well, first I need to tell you about some stuff. Have any of you heard or been in the American Girl Fashion show? We have known about it for a few years but never had gone. This year, we applied for the one here in Florida and guess what?! Delanie and I are in it modeling! The fittings will be this next week. I can't wait to tell you how that goes. Also, my mom ordered each of us an outfit. We both got the shirt for dolls, the jeggings for dolls, and the boots.
