Merida is Complete!

Hey everyone! I finally finished Merida! It took a while because I have been busy with school but here she is! She is very pretty. Her wig had a hair pin in it to make it be nice for shipping but it made the wig look more like a princess. Merida's hair did not look like a princess's! So I took the pin out and she looks more like Merida! Her curls are full and wild. I love my new doll and think she is gorgeous! What do you think of her?

Restringing your Doll

As I have previously posted about, yesterday I was finishing my Merida doll. I followed stephenwodadancer's tutorial on how to restring your doll. You can see this video here. The cords in the dolls are very thick and nice. I found out that the pony tail, which is what we used in place of the cords, are not going to last as long as the cord. We are ordering cord for the next time we restring our dolls. I am so excited that I finished Merida! I will keep you all posted about her! Thanks!
